Some of the links on this page are affiliate links. That means if you click through and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission — at no additional cost to you. I only recommend products and brands I genuinely use, trust, or believe in; commission never determines what I share. This is a win-win: You don’t have to spend time searching for quality products, and often save money by gaining access to a discount through my links. And I get to support my work, which helps me offer my teaching in the spirit of the gift: freely accessible to everyone, without turning the knowledge I share into something you have to pay for.
Note: I’m just beginning to add these in, so expect many more to come!

There’s a LOT listed here. If I were to recommend buying/getting only a couple of things, it would likely be blue-blocker glasses and an app that tracks the sun. After that, the rest of the lighting and water options would be next on my list.
Much of the rest should be thought of as investments you’ll make over time. It took me 2-5 years to eventually turn my whole home over and learn to buy better options for most of what we commonly purchase.
So, go slow. Buy within your budget right now. Invest over time. Use the free options as much as you can (like sunlight and other healing aspects of nature, such as grounding). Keep some things that might be “toxic” but still bring you joy. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s lessening your toxic burden and improving as much as you’re able—at any given time—and letting the rest go. Or at least letting it go until you’re ready.
