A blue-light filter and eye protection software for your computer screen.
I have used this app on my computer for years — buying one $15 lifetime license allows you to move it from computer to computer if you ever need — and find it critical to my daily life and protecting my circadian rhythm.

Iris Tech is a downloadable software for your computer that protects your circadian rhythm and health in a few key ways:

Iris gradually adjusts the blue light from your computer screen throughout the day and night.Brightness:
Iris will match your screen’s brightness to the light around you. Different presets will automatically adjust your screen.Flicker:
Iris optimizes screen pulsations (flicker) by controlling brightness on your screen without utilizing Pulse Wave Modulation (PWM), mitigating common effects of flicker, like headaches, nervous system dysregulation, and more.
It has 9 presets:

I personally use the “Custom” mode almost all the time, where my screen adjusts from fully red when it’s dark, to deep yellow during the day, to orange in the evening.
If I ever need more screen visibility, I simply switch to the “Health” mode, which is still very yellow (removing much of the blue), but is still easier to see than orange or red when daylight is fading or gone. (But I generally never use anything other than red at night.)
