THE GROUP CHAT
Like a private podcast for nature nerds, but you get to talk back.
Circadian health, fermentation, ancestral skills, and behind-the-scenes of my personal journey back to nature — shared as I'm learning it. Ask your questions, show what you're practicing, and be part of a small community reconnecting to the wild world in real time.
From $5 a month. Pay what’s right for you.
Can’t stomach another course or live Q&A? Me, either.
Who wants to learn how nature heals while trapped in front of a screen on someone else's terms?
Absolutely not me. And I don’t want that for you, either. Instead, my Group Chat is a private WhatsApp community where we get to talk asynchronously and engage only when it feels life-giving to you. I share what I'm thinking and practicing, you share what you're trying, and together we remember that wanting to spend our days under sunlight, covered in soil is a lot more sane than living inside the cage we've been calling “normal.”
WHAT IT IS
ALL MEMBERS
My thinking as it happens.
Voice notes and messages from me as I learn and practice, like a mini podcast but more personal, whenever something is worth sharing.
Peeks behind the scenes.
I am regularly offline — near home at a butchery workshop or in far-flung places going totally off-grid. When I reach cell service again, I’ll send voice notes, videos, & other BTS shares in the chat.
Book clubs & group activities.
Book clubs, movie nights, and other things we do together as a community, on whatever we're reading, watching, making, or wondering about.
Share what you’re practicing.
Share the skills you're learning, the ferments you're making, and the circadian practices you're trying, and see what others are doing.
PIONEER MEMBERS & ABOVE
Pioneer, Pollinator, Steward, & Keystone
Ask when a question comes up. I’ll answer regularly.
With Pioneer and above, you get a private channel to message me or send a voice note — whether you're wondering how to practice circadian health in your daily life, the science behind a recommendation I've made, or how to start fermentation, learn an ancestral skill, or put what I teach into practice where you actually live.
Just note: I'm not a clinician, so I can't give medical advice or diagnose anything. For questions about your health, please talk with your healthcare provider.
Pay what’s right for you.
The price is a sliding scale: pay the amount that matches your means, so people with more can help others join at a lower cost.

Mental health conditions linked to more light at night, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
The science on light is hard to ignore. What’s harder is knowing what to change in your own home, and having the time to figure it out.
You’ve read about blue light, EMFs, grounding, and water and air quality, but you still don’t know what your specific home needs.
Every article or influencer says something different, and you don’t want to spend hundreds on the wrong bulbs, filters, and gadgets. You wish someone would look at your actual home and lifestyle instead of giving you generic advice.
You have ZERO time to sort it out, and no interest in becoming an expert.
You’d rather someone just tell you what to do and and even help do it for you.
Hi. I’m Brandi.
Like a lot of modern humans, I struggled with chronic illness for over a decade. I tried Western medicine first, then spent years and tens of thousands of dollars on functional medicine. I overhauled my diet and my life and did everything common health advice tells you to do. Some of it helped, but nothing really moved the needle. I was still exhausted, with digestive issues, thyroid problems, and more.
Then, after hearing a podcast about circadian health, I followed some remarkably simple advice: walk outside in morning sunlight without sunglasses, and block as much artificial light at night as possible. Three days later, my chronic fatigue disappeared. That’s when I knew circadian health was legitimate. It changed my life nearly overnight.
Over time, I learned exactly how much your light environment matters, and how much of modern living — not just lighting, but non-native EMFs, being disconnected from the Earth, toxic tap water, and poor indoor air — is harming our health. These things we think of as “neutral”? They’re not so neutral after all.
So I spent nearly four years as a business partner to Carrie Bennett of Carrie B. Wellness, one of circadian biology’s best-known educators. Basically a long-term apprenticeship, I took every course, built her practitioner certification program, and watched these methods help thousands of people exactly how they’d helped me. And I became obsessed with mimicking nature’s critical signals in the place where we spend most of our time: our homes.
Now I help you improve yours.
You don’t need to learn the why. You just need the plan.
HOW IT WORKS
01
Start with a discovery call.
We’ll talk through your home and goals. I’ll confirm your home size, travel distance, and project fit, and you’ll leave knowing which consult is right for you.
02
I do the assessment.
Visits run about 2–4 hours, always during daylight. You give me a quick tour, I assess room by room on my own, then we walk through my top findings together.
03
You get your plan.
In about a week, you get a prioritized list of changes and the exact products to buy, with links (and discount codes, if I have them).
04
I can help you set it up.
Some consults include setup: I order everything and handle simple installs, like light bulbs, router timers, and grounding tools. Otherwise, use your plan to do it yourself.
Answers for your exact home, not more research to wade through.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
→ A room-by-room summary of what I found, in plain language.
→ Your measurements, so you can see where your exposure stands today.
→ A prioritized list: what to do first, what can wait, and what to skip.
→ Exact products to buy, with links, so there's nothing left to research.
→ A follow-up call to answer questions as you settle into the changes.
What this is — and what it isn’t.
EXPECTATIONS
This Is
A new look at the place you spend the most time.
Most of us think of our homes as neutral, but the light, darkness, and frequencies around you influence your health every day, and you spend most of your life surrounded by them. So I help you see how your home is influencing your health, and how to improve it.
A home assessment through a circadian lens.
I walk through your home room by room, looking at your lighting, darkness, EMFs, grounding, water, and air, and explain what I’m seeing as we go.
A clear, prioritized plan.
In plain language, you get what to change, what to buy, and what to skip, with links to the exact products. Buy what fits your home and budget, and leave the rest.
Practical guidance, not a lecture.
My approach is grounded in circadian biology and inspired by building biology. You get specific swaps, placement ideas, and simple fixes you can act on now or later.
Setup handled for you, if you want it.
With Done-For-You, I order everything and handle the plug-in and screw-in setup, so your home is done.
This Isn’t
Medical advice.
I’m not a clinician, and I can’t diagnose or treat anything. Health questions belong with your healthcare provider.
A building biology assessment or home inspection.
I’m not a certified building biologist or a home inspector. I take basic EMF readings inside your home, but I don’t test for radon, mold, air quality, or water quality, and I don’t evaluate outside EMF sources like nearby power lines, cell towers, or smart meters.
Construction or contractor-level work.
I don’t do hardwiring, drilling, mounting, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing work. Done-For-You covers simple installs only, like bulbs, timers, grounding tools, curtains on existing rods, and blackout stickers, limited to what I can safely reach from a step ladder. You can handle what you’re capable of yourself or hire someone separately, but wiring, new outlets, dimmers, HVAC, and plumbing need a licensed professional. I may be able to suggest some I trust, with notes and photos from my visit to help them quote.
Custom routines or schedules.
I focus on your home’s setup. The follow-up call is the place for questions about living with the changes. If you have additional questions about living a more “circadian” lifestyle, which would include suggested routines or practices, you can check out my other learning resources or join my Group Chat.
A promise of specific results.
I show you what’s in your home and how to change it. Sadly, I can’t guarantee how you’ll sleep or feel, even if I expect it will help.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Good Questions
Is this right for me?
-
No, that’s the whole point! I do the research so you don’t have to. When we walk through my top findings, I’ll explain what matters in plain language, with a brief explanation if you’re curious. Your plan then lists which products to swap, where to place things, and what to skip.
-
No. Your plan ranks what to do first, what can wait, and what to skip. Buy only what fits your home and budget.
-
Yes. If you start with the Bedroom Reset, you can book the Whole-Home Consult or Done-For-You within 60 days of your visit, and your $1,000 goes toward it. I’ll assess the rest of your home first, then we can schedule setup if you chose Done-For-You.
If you start with the Whole-Home Consult, you can upgrade to Done-For-You within 60 days of your visit, and your $2,250 goes toward it. I’ll already have assessed your home, so we’ll go straight to scheduling your setup visit.
To upgrade, just email me and I’ll send your booking link.
-
Often, yes. Most of what I recommend plugs in, screws in, or is portable so that you can move it with you. However, your next home may call for different things than your current one. If something isn’t realistic in a rental, I’ll put it under “skip” or “wait.” If you rent, check with your landlord before making changes to the property.
-
Absolutely not. A proper light environment is critical for all humans, so this is for everyone. I’ll do it for your college dorm, an ADU, or even a shed if you want me to.
If you’re a working adult (not dependent on your parents), and cost is the only thing keeping you from hiring me, use this tool. If you fall in the “Constricted” or “Low” category, email me. I’ll see what I can do to help you out.
-
Book a discovery call and we can discuss it!
What do you cover, and what don’t you?
-
No. I don’t test for radon, mold, or water or air quality. For water and air, I suggest improvements to your current setup. If you want testing, a specialist or testing company can help.
-
A building biologist typically tests your home for hazards and reports what they find. I do something different: I look at your home through a circadian lens, then give you an action plan. I take basic EMF readings, but I don’t measure anything else. For light, darkness, grounding, water, and air, I note what you’re using now and suggest better options. Then I do what many people don’t have time for: choose specific products, make a follow-up call, and, with Done-For-You, order and set it all up.
If you want lab testing for mold, air quality, or water, call a certified building biologist.
-
It covers anything that plugs in, screws in, or sits on a surface: bulbs, outlet and router timers, nightlights, grounding tools, air purifiers, and curtains hung on existing rods. It doesn’t cover hardwiring (like running Ethernet through walls), drilling, mounting, electrical work, HVAC, or plumbing. Those need a licensed professional, and I’m not one. I’ll flag them in your plan with notes and photos to help a contractor quote, and I can share people I trust. You hire them directly.
-
I’m not a clinician, so I can’t give medical advice or diagnose anything. I’m happy to share light education and information as it naturally comes up over the course of our work together. But these are not health consults. If you have general circadian questions, bring them to the Group Chat. For anything about your specific health, please talk with your healthcare provider or check out my recommended list of clinicians.
Where do you work?
-
Boulder, Colorado, and about 30 minutes beyond are included. Farther out is $75 per extra hour of round-trip driving, per visit. Not sure if you’re in range? Shoot me an email.
-
Rarely, to protect my own circadian rhythm. But if you’re outside my usual range, really want this service, and are willing to cover travel costs, we can talk. Please start with a discovery call.
What does the process look like?
-
Every consult starts with a 30-minute discovery call ($125). We’ll talk through your home and confirm fit, travel distance, and home size. After the call, I’ll email you a link to book your consult and choose your visit date. Book within 7 days, and your $125 goes toward it. Visits happen during the day, and I only take a limited number each week.
-
Your consult covers my time at every stage, not just the visit:
Discovery call: 30 minutes to talk through your home and goals. It’s credited toward your consult if you book within 7 days.
Travel: Boulder and about 30 minutes beyond are included.
The assessment: 2 to 4 hours on site, room by room, with professional meters for EMF readings.
Your plan: Writing up what I found, researching the right products for your home, and prioritizing what to change, buy, and skip.
Follow-up call: 30 minutes to ask questions as you live with the changes.
Done-For-You adds:
Ordering and tracking: I order everything, track deliveries, and handle returns.
Setup visit: A second visit where I install your products.
Final report: Post-install EMF readings that show what changed.
-
The assessment visit takes about 2–4 hours and happens during the day. If you have kids, I’ll plan around their schedules as best as possible, and may start with their rooms.
With Done-For-You, the setup visit varies depending on which products you choose and how long they take to set up.
-
You give me a quick tour, pointing out which rooms I should prioritize based on family schedules or which ones you’d rather I avoid. Then I work through your home room by room on my own. When I’m done, we walk through my top findings together.
-
Someone from your household needs to be home for the quick tour at the start and the walk-through of my top findings at the end. In between, I work on my own, so you’re welcome to stay nearby or step out if you’re comfortable. If you have young children, an adult needs to be home with them, and please let anyone else in the home know I’ll be there.
-
Your plan covers what I found room by room, which products to swap, where to place things, and what to skip, with links to the exact products and discount codes where available. It’s prioritized, so you know what to do first and what can wait. You’ll have it within about a week of your visit. Done-For-You clients also get a final report with post-install EMF readings.
-
With the Bedroom Reset and Whole-Home Consult, you do. Your plan links to the exact products, with discount codes where available, so you can buy only what fits your home and budget, when you’re ready.
With Done-For-You, I do the ordering. You approve the plan and budget through a quick checklist, then pay for the products at cost, including tax and shipping, in advance through an invoice link I send. Everything is delivered to me, so I can make sure it all arrives. Then I’ll contact you to schedule the setup visit.
-
Sometimes. Some links in your plan are affiliate links, which may earn me a commission at no extra cost to you. But I never recommend a product because a brand paid me to. I only suggest what I’ve personally tried and vetted, or what I trust based on research and experience.
Who will I be working with?
-
Yes. It’s just me, from the discovery call to the final visit. I don’t send staff or subcontractors to your home. If you need a contractor for work outside my scope, you hire them directly.
-
No. I’m not a certified building biologist, and this isn’t a building biology assessment or home inspection. My approach is informed by circadian biology and inspired by building biology. If you want testing for things like mold, air quality, or outside EMF sources, look for a certified building biologist.

I was a business partners with Carrie Bennett at Carrie B. Wellness for nearly 4 years. Working alongside one of the field's leading educators was the equivalent of years of intensive, hands-on study: like an apprenticeship, not an after-school course. I was immersed in the work: watching, listening, and asking Carrie questions, which is more time than even her Practitioner trainees get.
I took all of her classes, helped run her community, and built her practitioner training course and the certification exam for the professional certificate in Applied Circadian & Quantum Health (though I haven’t taken the exam myself yet). And I’m still part of her Practitioner Mentorship community.
Beyond that, I also spent those years studying with many other practitioners and reading widely on the subject. Plus, and perhaps most importantly, my own health changed dramatically when I improved my light environment, and I’ve watched these methods change the lives of many others in Carrie’s community. So I know firsthand what a better light environment can do.
