Life thrives at the intersections. I want to awaken aliveness in these middle spaces.
Throughout time, there have been many names for people who tend to hang out in—and often heal a divide— “between worlds.” In the Celtic tradition of spirituality, they were called “Wandering Celts.” Báyò Akómoláfé calls them “fugitives.” Clarissa Pinkola Estés speaks of them as “La Loba,” the Wolf or Wild Woman.
Creatives, mystics, poets of paradox. Doulas, herbalists, writers. Misfits, radicals, shape-shifters, jesters. Name a culture and they’ve been there. And, because you are here, I’m guessing you’re one of them. Welcome.

Like berries on a bush left for birds to gather at the right time—that is, when both the fruit is ripe and the feathered creatures are hungry—I’ve created digital resources to enliven, nourish, and even, at times, trouble you when you feel a hunger, an ache, for any of these needs.

Existing between worlds means never quite belonging to one place or another—and it can often feel very lonely. That being the case, I find it useful and important to gather together, hold hands across distances, learn to be with each other in all our paradoxes, and encourage each other in the things that make us all come most alive—including the wild, mystical act of creating things that matter to us.

I like to connect the seemingly un-connectable. That probably includes you.
In one of Rob Brezsny’s newsletters, he once said of Libra’s (my sign) that, “...[our] life purposes may include: 1. to be beautiful in the smartest ways you can imagine and smart in the most beautiful ways you can imagine; 2. to always see at least two sides of the story, and preferably more; 3. to serve as an intermediary between disparate elements; 4. to lubricate and facilitate conversations between people who might not otherwise understand each other; 5. to find common ground between apparent contradictions; 6. to weave confusing paradoxes into invigorating amalgamations; [and] 7. to never give up on finding the most elegant way to understand a problem.”
I find this to be a very good way to describe what I’m experimenting with in my work. If you resonate, come join me.
Credit Where Credit is Due
My work is forever indebted to so many individuals and organizations across time—ancestral and the present moment. There are, of course, far too many to name. But if I’m going to take up space with anyone here that I think you should follow and support, it’s these individuals. Not only have they “influenced” me, but they have taught me how to be better “kin,” in increasingly right relationship with all of nature.
