MyCircadian App

by Sarah Kleiner Wellness

MyCircadian is an app that tells you when solar times happen based on your exact location, and helps you manage safe sun exposure by tracking your sunbathing sessions—considering skin type, cloudiness, how much clothing you’re wearing, the current UV index where you live, etc. I personally like using this app only for the lux meter (it’s recommended that your light environment at night not exceed 10 lux, which is nearly full-blackout, to keep from suppressing melatonin production). And for logging sunbathing sessions (paid version only). Otherwise, I use the Circadian app (a different app) for solar-timing notifications, because MyCircadian's notification customization is quite limited.
